Oh, but it looks slick. But looks don't mean squat if you can't fuel the engine and go flying. Bottom line: I installed this fueling valve on the underside of the cowl, not easily visible (you could put it under a cover or hatch), and presto, fueling this plane is a piece of cake. Hopefully, I won't get too much dirt and grass in it, but that's yet another bit of hindsight I'll deal with if I have to. I've heard that they can go to leaking with some age as the seals get some wear, but if this thing gives me a year of fueling bliss, I'll gladly pop another one in and keep grinning.
