Does very well with flavor

I say glad to be back to Amazon for my Olivenation orders, after my unprofessional experience with my last order from OLIVENATION when a 16 oz. of Key Lime Extract arrived with an awful smell of spoiled product. My claim to them has remained totally ignored after 3 repeated requests.This lack of respect comes after my being, for a couple of years, a regular customer.Bottom line, after long years of Amazon sourcing, anything you can find at Amazon, do not hesitate.Thank you.0p

I use it for my tea

Received the product quickly and was excited to start using it in baking; however, upon opening the bottle noticed a very floral scent, not apricot. Tasting the extract, there was only a floral taste, no apricot taste. I used it in the apricot bars I had ordered it for to give a stronger apricot taste, but it not only smelled, but tasted like flowers!! Not at all a good result. I had obviously opened it and used some of the product so I couldn't return it, but I won't be ordering any other extracts from OliveNation for fear of the problem repeating itself.

Decent flavor for seltzer, a little bit goes a long way. I find the scent is stronger than the flavor.

Great product , great quality and deal !

My husband and I really like this brand of extracts. We make homemade ice cream and the flavors are awesome.

The Apricot extract has a great taste, and not Alcohol taste.
