This product has saved me from having eye dryness. My eyes were staying so dry it was affecting my vision and causing blurriness. My husband uses this twice daily for the dry eyes that his ophthamologist diagnosed and rarely has to use eye drops to assist with that dry, itchy feeling. They aren't inexpensive, but he feels like they're worth the money.

This is a fine item for most of the people and helps with eye dryness. But it does come with possible side effect of Diarrhea due to the high Omega 3s it contains. May affect you might not. If you all of sudden start having bathroom issues this could be your culprit.

To me This is the best of the same kind , I don’t feel any more dry eyes pain .
