Stone arrived chipped on 3 corners . Was very disappointed .

Having looked at the great reviews that there were for this product, I was really excited to order this as a gift for my boyfriend's birthday and felt pretty sure that it would be an easy process. How wrong I was. A week after the estimated delivery window ended, I am still without the product (my boyfriend's birthday is long passed!), and was told it was because the courier DPD had misplaced it. To make matters worse, SteakStones were sold out. I've never had a problem with DPD in the past, but was unable to track my order this time, which I found unusual, so I'm not sure if SteakStones just didn't want to pay a higher price for guaranteed delivery or something. Either way - I'd be careful about ordering the stones here. I've managed to find them cheaper elsewhere online and with a 2-5 day delivery estimate. Here's hoping someone can restore my faith in what I hoped would be a great gift for someone, instead of being a massive waste of time.

all our family loved this we all like our steaks cooked differently it fitted 4 steaks at once , it was larger than i thought it would be .
