Easy to use, smell like tiger balm. They warm up and I found they did help. I have ordered more and have recommended to friends , can’t go wrong for the price so if thinking about them give them a try.

Had knee pain for months started using these patches and pain nearly gone after couple of weeks. Sometimes they seemed to get warm on the skin and had a slight herbal smell to them. Found the backing fiddly to take off. Husband using on bad shoulder now but only mild results to date. Would try again

Just average knee patches.
I bought these for my Husband as he suffers with chronic knee pain. He said he didn't really feel much benefit from using the knee patches and they tend not to stick too well if you have a large amount of body hair either.
