I was so impressed with the packaging and product. This is really good quality for a great price. I have bought a few frames recently and this is head and shoulders above the others. Two inserts - one to provide a cardboard frame and one to pack it out tightly to prevent slippage. I have immediately written this feedback to share how pleased I am with it and will now hang it! Lovely!

I had found it difficult to get a frame in the exact size I needed and found this eventually on frames by post.I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality given the price.The frame arrived in good time and was very well packaged and even including the shipping cost ( which was more than the frame itself), I now have a very good frame for approx £10 and have no complaints.

After a couple of hiccups with delivery I telephoned their Customer Service Number. A nice young lady apologised and said she would arrange for delivery the following day. The delivery arrived as stated. The frame is very well packaged and is exactly what I wanted. It is very nice quality and I shall most certainly use their service again. Thank you. Second frame purchased with grey mount, again equally as good.

These frames are lovely, sturdy and real glass which is a bonus. I ordered 3 frames and although they were very well packed one arrived with cracked glass. I got in touch with the seller and received a new frame free of charge. Very pleased with the frames and the customer service, will definitely be ordering more

Great value for money picture frame, well made photo does not do product justice .Glass broken on original package quickly replaced grreat product and first class customer service, highly recommended.Bob

absolutely brilliant product. Just what i wanted . the choice of sizes of both frames and mounts are huge and the quality is very good. it took about 3 weeks but knew about this when ordering. the packaging was excellent THANK YOU XX

Needed a rush order in a custom size / colour and reached out to Mel, who assured me the frame would be with me in time.... In fact it arrived 3 days earlier!Great product, just what I needed and will be ordering again!

Frame was fine - nothing special - not the best I’ve had, not the worse - delivery a bit slower than ideal and I found the customer service a little lacklustre. I don’t think I’d come back again based on service but the product was okay.
