Best keyrings ever!!
I’ve used these keyrings since the 1970s. You really have to turn them a long way to get them to open. My wife finds that difficult, but that’s what I love about them. They will never come apart on you. Also flexible enough that it allows your keys to lay flat in your pocket.

Cleverly Designed, Strong and Useful Key Ring
So far I love it. This 5" Twisty is just long enough to string a bunch of EDC items together without bulkiness, without being too short to do so making things too tight, and while still being able to actuate the clever 'Twisty' lockup/release. To give you an idea of what's working for me, let me list the 10 items of various sizes I have all strung together onto this Twisty Ring using 1" split rings: A Fenix E01 single AAA flashlight; A Swiss Army "Flash" Classic Knife with 4GB Flash Drive; A Ferrocerium Pup Firesteel Rod; An Inka key ring Pen; An REI Aluminum key ring Tube-Whistle; An "Uncle Bill's Sliver Gripper" rey ring fine point Tweezers; A small Aluminum Tube with a few Tylenol; An all metal Kingston 32GB Flash Drive; A Gerber Shard Tool; all these gathered with a ranger band; and a 1-1/2" Nite-Ize S-Biner wrapped with about 8' of Paracord as a fob. All in all a bit bulky, making a bundle about 1" diameter about 3" long, but still pocketable, workable, and easily changeable, since the Twisty can still be manipulated. The Twisty does the job above not adding to the bulk or in-pocket discomfort like a much larger split ring would, nor cramping up the items like a smaller split ring would, since the Twisty is a flexible oval shape of "just right" size for me. A screw-together cable ring of the same size would also work, but I've found those that unscrew I somehow manage to "let go", dropping the stuff off the ring. Here the twisting action (and very naturally holding the items in the hands while twisting with thumbs and forefingers) helps keep the ring and items under good control both opening and closing. We'll see how it holds up over time with daily use. I've used ever since it arrived for almost a month without any issues.

Quality, American-made, this exact one is a bit of a pain though
It's hard to leave just a four star review for this because it really is a top-quality key ring, but this exact closure is just not user friendly at all. These are the real-deal as far as cable key rings go. If you don't believe me purchase one of these, and then purchase a "MantaRing" and compare the two side by side. You can almost snap the MantaRing, or at least force the closure mechanism to fail, with your hands alone.LuckyLine one looks like it could take on a pair of wire snippers and come out victorious. The closure on this particular ring is beyond safe. There is absolutely no way you will accidentally release the mechanism because 50% of the time you can't release it even if you're trying to. It's not a hard concept, and it is very secure, and there is no defect with the product. It's just a bit tricky between the total size of the loop (just 5") and the way you have to manipulate this tough durable cable. There's a learning curve to it and i'm becoming more proficient, but especially if you're someone who has trouble working with small details, it's tough. Still a top quality product that does exactly what it's advertised to do in the best way it can.

Impossible to close with anything on the loop.
Difficult to open, possible to close as long as you do not put anything on the loop, which defeats the purpose. Each item you loop onto the ring makes an already extremely difficult task exponentially harder when trying to twist the clasp closed.

Why has the price doubled in two years?
I have loved these rings since I used to buy them at Sears many decades ago! They never accidentally open up but are easy enough to open when you need to get a certain key off the ring. I just don't understand why the price has doubled since I bought my last set in September of 2022? I paid $6.92 including tax for these then, now $15? What the butt?

Finally found some
Been looking for this type for years. The screw type comes apart in your pocket. Thanks Amazon.

They are the real deal
They are very strong and secure, they aren't the easiest to work with, but after a little practice you will master the technique.I use them as key chains, and a zipper handle broke off my RTIC cooler and one of these worked perfect as a replacement, buy a bunch of them and put some in the junk drawer because you will find uses for them.BTW the key chains never come loose, I have no fear of them falling apart in any situation(and I pull out my keys and use a fold out knife attached to them to cut shrink-wrap everyday at work so it gets very used)the biggest thing I had with a multi key chains is the keys would get stuck in the loops, I never have that problem now because the loops can move and bend so it doesn't trap my keys anymore.Excellent deal for the money, it really is a no brainer.

Produto OK
O produto é bom, porém, o sistema de abrir e fechar é chato de manusear é sem jeito por ser pequeno. Mas o produto não deixa de ser bom e de boa qualidade.

Buenos acabados y ensamble satisfactorio
Es flexible, de un color uniforme, puedes agregar llaves sin problema y tienes la seguridad de un buen cierre. Es de esos productos que por su ingenio sirven muy bien.

Unreliable and complicated closing mechanism
I struggled for literal 5 minutes to open and mainly close all 5 lucky lines again. They all worked at different angles, 2 out of 5 can just be pulled apart with little force. Would not trust them with my keys. And my fingers hurt from trying so often.A regular carabiner beats this mess easily.

Much better than conventional key rings.
Excellent key rings. I bought one a year or so ago but haven't been able to get them since. Nothing wrong with my old one but bought some more for the rest of the family.
