Delphi SS10387 Throttle Position Sensor

This fit my 03 expedition and works very well. I replaced my original sensor while I had the throttle body off for cleaning. I didn’t necessarily need to replace my TPS as it seams to work good but after 16 years of constant use I figured might as well go ahead and replace it. I like to replace old parts on my vehicle while I have the ability to get to them and have the money to spend, as far as I’m concerned replacing parts as preventative maintenance keeps my Truck running in tip top shape and reduces the possibility of it breaking down.

Perfect everyone was telling me it was my tramission going bad. But did some research on my car. And this was the problem. Put it on and my car runs better than it ever did. Thank you.

Came packaged as a Delphi product. Had to adjust the throttle screw. Used multimeter and a book to get idle to go back to normal. Not bad for the price.

Does not work on my 7.3 turbo diesel

I bought 2 other brands and they said it fit my car,but they were wrong, car never ran right so purchased this one because it was new and compared it with the part # of auto parts stores and it matched up. The car finally runs right. Very important part for idle, shifting,gas mileage.

Works

Part was very easy to install. Don't pay a mechanic $70/hr to install. Anyone with basic tools and knowledge can do this part themselves in about 5 minutes. New part solved the problem truck was having with throttle errors.

The new sensor fixed my 2002 Explorer high idle RPMs issue. It has been 3 weeks since it was installed and so far so good. Another benefit is that MPG increased by 1 mile per gallon.

its works good they should have sent new bolts to mount it . It was hard to open old bolts they were no good to use for second times head stripped.
