HighTechSpeed XARC-D-BL X-Arc Signals Kit - Dual Color, Dual Intensity with Black Anodize Housing

I’ve bought 4 pairs of these signal lights for my 2013 Triumph Thruxton over the past 6 years. The X-Arc signal lights are compact and very bright, when they work… It never fails that about a year to the day (and just past the warranty), one of the pair will fail. Since you can’t buy just ONE, you are forced to purchase TWO. If that isn’t bad enough, they made a design change that switched from 4 LED elements in the light, to 3 (now they look mismatched). I very politely sent a message explaining that I’ve spent $400+ dollars on their product and would they **SELL ME** (NO GIVE), just one tail light. X-Arc “customer service” wouldn’t even give me the time of day. Says volumes to the attitude towards their customers. It’s sad, unfortunate and a crying shame…

I bought these along with a third brake/running light. The running lights alone are so bright that when I first turned them on I thought I had accidentally wired the brake circuit into the running lights. They are almost too bright! Even in full mid day sunlight the brake lights are hard to look at directly. The housings are a super high quality metal, the black finish is spectacular and durable, and the lens is not some cheap flismy piece of plastic. I don't even need to run that third brake light. The picture here is the running lights, NOT the brake lights.

Very bright but one stopped working. The answer I got was we can do anything so call the manufacturer and see if they will help

Ordered these with 3 day shipping and took a bit longer to receive than I had expected, as the products are made to order. Called hightechspeed and customer service was very helpful in explaining how the lights operate and configured. Install is pretty straight forward if you have some basic electronic wiring knowledge and familiarity with your specific bike.Lights are stunningly bright and almost to the point where I think there must be lumens laws for rear tail lights. Not that there are, but they really are that bright and leave no doubt they will be noticed. They are somewhat pricey, however compared to stock lamps or other aftetmarkets......paying for extra safety and slick design seemed to me well worth it.
