Mason Jar Pour Spout Lids (12 PCS Mason Jar lid)

I decided to do all the prep work during the weekend, so I have been cutting onions and garlic and leaving it in the fridge and I use it during the week. I wanted a solution to store that wouldn't keep the smell after washing like plastic containers do, so I bought mason jars for that. However, the plastic on the bottom of the lid would still smell bad and leave my entire kitchen smelling if I let them open after using. No matter how many times I washed it, the smell would still be there.This metal lid solved the problem since it doesn't have any plastic on it. However, it is not air tight as the regular lid, so I have been using plastic film under it to keep the food fresh.

I love the look of the lids. Most of these kept a good seal on my Ball mason jars. I had put an iced drink in a jar with this lid and shook it up to mix it. I noticed there were scratches on the inside of the lid and what looked like rust. I've thrown that lid out and am now more careful about what i have in my mason jar with this lid on it. I hope none of the other lids have the same problem because these lids sure beat the standard lids.

My wife ordered these for a friend... took to her friend once we received them - only to be told they were the wrong shade... We told the friend to setup her own Amazon account!

Can't tell anyone how long I looked for simple lids like this. Either they have straw holes in them -- or they come in two parts for canning. So I was very happy to find just plain old simple lids!

Love these lids. Recently been on a pinterest binge of tidying and reorganizing the house. These are very cute and provide easy access into the mason jar (assuming you don't need to "seal" the contents for proper storage). I used them along with chalkboard sticker labels to store my vitamins and herbs. Got tired of the house looking like a pharmacy. Now it looks like an old fashioned general store which is way more fun.

These lids are perfect and well made. If you love mason jars the way I do, but hate the ugly white storage lids that Ball makes, you will like that these storage lids look good (they look GREAT with the vintage green Ball mason jars), seal up your jar well for fridge or pantry storage, and can be run through the dishwasher with no problems. Hard to find non-plastic full lids (not the discs and bands that mason jars come with) that look great.

As people say, these look great! Such a pity Technocap does not also make wide-mouthed ones. No one does--I wonder why.The color has some fluctuation on the top, but it is very minor, you have to look at them close to notice.I've only washed them once, so don't know how they fare.

I love these lids. Seriously - I love them. Why don't they sell these in the stores near the jars?? Anyway, you can't use them for actual canning but once you open up a new jar of jelly you can switch out the lid. Also, I use canning jars for storing left overs or really anything else that is getting stored. I may buy another dozen!
