These are expensive, but worth it for many of my headaches. I appreciate being able to buy a pack of 4, which saves around $15. Migralex works on all but my most intense migraines. If I notice a headache when it is first starting and take 2 Migralex, I usually get rid of that headache within an hour or two. Rarely, I have a headache that is either too far gone or is too hideous to be helped by medication, and Migralex does not help with those headaches. I recommend trying Migralex--maybe buy just the one bottle to see if they work for you, then buy this 4-pack if you need them. I know that these just contain aspirin and magnesium, but for some reason, these pills are more effective for me than taking aspirin and magnesium separately--maybe it is the kind of magnesium, or the precise amount? Anyway, they work and they are easier on the stomach than regular aspirin.May 4, 2015: Just want to note that the cost of one bottle of 20 is now around $13. So this is now more expensive per bottle. ???? When I wrote the previous review, the cost of one bottle of 20 tabs was around $20.
