Demonstrated Concepts Recoil Strap

I first saw this product on YouTube and felt it was just a gimmick. However, after shooting some full power buckshot out of my Mossberg Shockwave, I realized how beneficial this product could be. Once I bought this and installed it, shooting my Mossberg Shockwave became a lot easier. No more worries about recoil from the firearm smacking me in the face while aiming with the sights. After about 100 rounds of full power buckshot, this recoil strap is holding up really well. I recommend that you give this recoil strap a try if you want to get the most out of your Mossberg Shockwave.

I stumbled upon a YouTube video for this and thought it was a great idea for the Tac 14. The gun WILL NOT move in your hand with this. I'm not brave enough to shoot this gun any other way than from the hip with my green laser, but I'm pretty sure you can aim down the barrel using the bead sight with this. Huge improvement on the design of the grip.

Highly recommend this strap if you plan on shooting slugs out of your shockwave and actually trying to aim. Very easy to install and I complemented mine with baseball bat grip wrap.

I believe this is THE solution for recoil problem with the Raptor grip. YouTube videos demonstrated that both a wet grip and or a weak grip the recoil can cause injuries to the hand sliding forward hitting the safety or, further, to hit a picatinny/Weaver rail if present. A cheaper, but less effective solution, is to wrap the Raptor grip with tennis-racket grip tape.This strap will stop the gun from being ripped from your grasp since your fingers are inserted, but your thumb is not. the strap traps your hand so even if your grip is weak, the force is trapped by hand and arm.This strap is intended for the Mossberg Shockwave or the Remington TAC-14.

Works Great holds my hand secured in place .My hand is weak on my trigger hand from a nerve impingment surgery so this really helps.

Anyone who has a Mossberg 590 Shockwave needs this. Before I got the recoil strap I fired a couple of high velocity slug rounds and on the first shot the firearm jumped out of my 67 year old hands. Hasn't happened since I installed the strap. took less than five minutes to install.

The instruction for installation was pretty confusing for me. I shoot left handed and failed to realize that the instructions given are for right handed shooters. I had my fair shall of problems with installation even though it is really easy. Overall, I just did not care for the design of this butt sling either. Also the cost of this product is too high. I can only muster 3 stars here.

Shooting a full size 12 ga differs from shooting a 14" barrel Shockwave - the name says it all - and therefore, this recoil strap (ideally combined with the corresponding rubber grip tape) is a professional upgrade that is highly recommend!
