Yes. These are utterly delicious. Especially the red ones. Put them in a salad or on a sandwich for great tang.

Depends upon your taste buds and what you like. I know people who literally drink sriracha or eat it with a spoon. I know others who think ground black pepper is too spicy. Just think about what you like, how spicy or mild it is, and go from there.
