Q: I only use one mode. Is there a way for it to remember just one mode and not cycle through all eight every time power is turned on?

Apparently their manufacturer controller stopped being able to remember the last setting so that no longer works. So every time it is powered on, you have to cycle through the modes. Very frustrating.

Q: Stopped working! I spent hours decorating. Worked for one week, how to troubleshoot?

I would check the plug. It might need replaced. Mine came not working and the company sent a replacement immediately.

I had 2 sets of these lights and both were garbage. You might not want them anyway.
