It won't hold a charge! Battery was dead on arrival and once charged it drained very quickly. Outdated software.

The 7th Generation one wouldn’t work on my laptop
Yes it’s just what I needed . My own one which I’ve had for a long time has broken the screen has come away from the iPod. This model is the only one that connects with my old laptop. It worked straight away . Very happy.

So pleased until.......
This is my second iPod touch and the same thing has happened to both items. It is excellent until it pops out of the casing, the first one did after a few years so. The second one did it after 17months, out of warranty unfortunately, so I'm stuck with a £350 item that is useless, not the least bit impressed.

Battery charge
It was nice and in excellent condition except, it didn't come charged. I charged it but it doesn't charge upto 100% only 99%. Bit disappointed about that but otherwise its OK.

Don't buy refurbished, it will NOT last
DO NOT BUY REFURB!! The Refurbished Ipod we purchased lasted 1 month (just outside the return window) before it no longer was able to charge. Now it's a paperweight.
