Q: how to install valve assembly?

Access to the valve depends on the vehicle. My Monte Carlo I had to pull tje driver side axle and drop the engine cradle to gain access to the valve body. My Chevy truck I just had to remove the transmission pan. The valve itself takes 30 seconds. You remove the wire plug, remove the retaining clip, pull the old valve out, put the new one in, put the retaining clip back in, plug back in the wire.

Q: Does it fit Cadillac escalade 2009 ?

I installed it in a 2004 Chevy monte carlo. I dunno if it fits an escalade though. Some GM vehicles indeed use the same parts as others.

Q: I have a 2000 Buick Century with delayed shifting (2nd to 3rd gear) How long does it take to install (or cost at a shop)?

If you are not mechanically minded I would hav it installed by a mechanic. I put it in a 2004 park avenue and it took quite a while. Only took about 5 minutes to install once I was able to get the pan off the tranny. Pretty detailed to get to that point. I had to drop my engine in order to do it.
