My 2 year old nephew could not get enough of this gelato toy set. He played with it for a while before even realizing he could change the flavors. He served ice cream to the family over & over.It is a lovely wooden set. Well made and designed for toddlers.The only suggestion I would make is to the chocolate and raspberry sauce. They were not secure enough in the stand for a toddler to easily carry. It needs a deeper slot or perhaps magnets.

As soon as I saw this precious toy, I knew it had to be a part of my daughter's bakery-slash-sweet-shoppe-themed play room.Le Toy Van has a GREAT reputation for producing bright, beautiful, high-quality creative toys. And this toy is definitely at the top of their offerings.While it's not huge, it's definitely not too small. I've included some pictures of this toy in play with a few stuffed animals, including regular sized Build-a-Bear animals for your size reference.The description here says you get 3 ice creams. We've always considered the third one more of a cupcake, but I suppose it could have been designed to serve as ice cream in a cup instead of a cone. I suppose that makes more sense figuring it is a gelato set, but I just let the kids use it as they choose to perceive it. And for us, that usually makes it a cupcake!This set comes with:Two ice cream cones, each made of 3 pieces. One is a cone, a scoop of pink raspberry colored ice cream, and then an orange layer with a cherry on top. The other is a cone, a chocolate scoop, and then a mint chocolate scoop. They are all interchangeable.You also get the ice cream in a cup/cupcake, that is also 3 pieces. It has a green bottom with two pink layers, one with a yellow top.Also included are two bottles of sauce, one chocolate and one raspberry.And a spoon. (Which is not shown in my pics)All of these pieces slide on and off wooden pegs like little shape stackers and are interchangeable, although they do tend to fit together better the way they were intended. I think the company could have made a little more effort to make them function fully when the pieces are mixed and matched, but there is definitely room to be creative.All together, the pieces fit into their respective slots on the festively-colored wooden dessert tier. And when they do, the entire thing is just as cute as it can be!Whether your child has a play kitchen, or just adores food-themed toys, this one is a top-quality piece that is sure to please! As beautiful as it is sweet, you'll be glad you added this to your collection!

My toddler son has been obsessed with ice cream play set since he has seen it at an indoor playground. I have been looking at many brands to find the perfect size for his little hands and with the least amount of plastic. He fell in love with this play set as soon as he opened it and has been playing with it everyday and asking what flavours do we want :) The colours are engaging and absolutely beautiful and compliments his play kitchen very well. I highly recommend this.

Amazing quality and super super cute set! My daughter instantly wanted to play with it! The scoops are attached really well- i actually didn't realize at first they can come apart. My 5yr old daughter discovered herself they come apart so it was easy enough for her to do. Since they stay on so well, my 1.5yr old can walk around with them and they don't fall off. For those familiar with dropping heavy wooden food on little toes, this is a really good feature.

I'm actually an adult & I bought these to add to my collection of wooden toys. (A growing assortment of colorful-mini desserts & Art-Toy alphabet blocks). This is an absolutely adorable set of Ice Lollies. Each one is well designed, high quality and carefully painted. I love the wooden stand for display but I think it would be even more ideal if it was staggered into 3 graduated steps so you could see how great the individual detail is. Beyond that small criticism, each Ice Lolly is cute as a button & a perfect size for my display purposes - large enough to make a clear presence and small enough to be kawaii-cute! (I hope that the paint quality is lightfast & doesn't fade in the sun over time. However, considering the reasonable price, that may be asking for a little too much)! This is a lovable, colorful & enchanting set & I'm very pleased with my purchase!!!!

The set is adorable. Colors are beautiful and wood is smooth, sturdy and very well made. A little pricey as they are indeed very small. My daughter is 7, and they were small for her. She loves them and doesn't mind.

These little "lollies" are so much fun. My son has an ice cream set and these popsicles go perfect with play.There is nothing negative about this set. They are sturdy, beautifully designed and are very durable.Quality over quantity. I waited months for these to be back in stock. They are well worth the price over similar products.They arrive in a super cute box. Very giftable. Highly recommend.
