Very easy to cut, and mold to teeth. 5 will last me close to 8 months. These have been a life saver for me at night as I am a teeth grinder and kept biting my tongue and lips in the middle of the night.

These were a great price (for 6!) and if you follow the directions, you can get the mouthguard to fit just right. It will take some getting used to because it seems big, but down the road it will save you from tooth problems from grinding.

These are the easiest teeth guards I have found, to use. They’re thin, easy to mold and wear, yet provide exceptional protection to my teeth. Every few months, my large poodle finds my night guard and chews it up. I replace them regularly. I will purchase these again

I liked the price of these and read some good reviews, so took a chance and bought the 6-pack in thin. The time they tell you to heat them is much longer than how long you actually should. Cut that time by half at least or they will become gooey and stick becoming useless. I molded 2 of these to my teeth and they felt way too thick (even though advertised as thin) and needed to be trimmed down. The problem is that when you trim them after forming, it creates edges that irritate your tongue/gums/mouth. You have to trim it before boiling so that it curves the edges a bit more as it warms. Either way, do not buy these as a CHEAP replacement for professional dental mouthguards. They will obstruct your breathing to an extent while sleeping, don't stay in properly, and will wear down extremely fast if you're a heavy grinder. Remember, you get what you pay for. These are just reminiscent of sports mouthguards for athletes, nothing more. You cannot return this, so it's just trial/error money wasted if you're not happy.

Im new to this whole teeth grinding thing and had to rush to Amazon to find a guard because I started experiencing tooth pain. I was super hesitant about buying this because it isn't dentist grade material and because I dont have dental to afford an expensive one but I had to do something fast so I dont ruin my back tooth. I thought it would be this difficult process to make. But all it is is finding which out of the 6 guards fit you best and doesnt make you gag. Then that is the one you steep in boiled water for 10 seconds. You have to do it fast. Even if the mold starts to bend in on itself during the steeping process just quickly take it out wait for it to cool slightly and quickly pop it in your mouth and mold it to your teeth. Make sure not to bite down too hard or youll bite through it. Just enough to mold to your teeth shape and gums. Then take it out and let it set. Voila you have a custom made mouth guard. I slept great knowing I wont be ruining my teeth from all the grinding. Thank you very much.

I clench my teeth so bad in my sleep, that I've developed TMJ, which is basically nerve pain in the jaw. I was recommended to start using a mouth guard to sleep. I found that they can get expensive, and my first on was from the brand Sova. It's a harder plastic and only one is like $25. I decided to try this cheaper option when that wore down. I figured it's a softer silicone, there's multiple, and it's affordable. Well here's what's the problem. It's difficult to work with when trimming it down to fit in the mouth, sure you could soften it before that but I feel like it might just screw it up and make it difficult to remold after that. It's too thick even after buying the thin one and working at it to make it thinner in the mouth. It ends up being so large it covers more than half of the upper pallet. And the final thing is that when I woke up the next day my whole mouth hurt so bad that my husband immediately told me to just buy the expensive one again. I don't recommend this one at all.

Inexpensive alternative to the dentist…. Easy to mold….very durable….great value 6 pack…..

Even though I ordered the thin ones they were way to big for my mouth. I though they should have been much softer.They were still and would never form fit as described. Sorry

Me quedé en mi férula de descarga a quinientos km de mi casa sí y en una opción desesperada compré este producto que la verdad me ha sorprendido gratamente y me ha salvado la ATM hasta que pueda volver a coger mi férula. Ahora ya voy a tener siempre un molde de emergencia para que no me vuelva a suceder por lo tanto puedo decir que efectivamente hace el apaño, aunque evidentemente no sea igual que una férula de descarga hecha a medida con moldes especiales.
