Made my purchased without reviewing the ingredients based on past experiences. I am very careful with my salt intake and was surprised with the increase in salt amount when it arrived, it used to be much less. With that being said, there's a bit was more flavor that must come from the added flavors. However, I will not use the this product because I found post from the new owners stating, nothing had changed. I used this product in volume for two years, i'm sure it has changed. **Q: Why such a big price increase?** A: Total gouge! Price was $32 for 12 32-oz cartons. Epicurious article/link made you raise your price? Okay. Not buying it now. **Q: Is this 12 32 ounce containers?** A: When I ordered this a couple of years back, I received 12 containers that were 8 ounces each. But according to the picture I see with this question, they are 32 ounce containers in a pack of 12. **Q: why can't you ship to Hawaii when we are part of the US?** A: there are twelve sellers of this product on Amazon.
