I have been utilizing them for 6 months regularly. I work in the physical therapy world. These are good bands. Like all exercise bands, they do need monitored for wear and usage. In time, I know these bands will need replaced. When they do need replaced, I plan to purchase this set again. They quality has been great!

The instructions on how to attach and use the anchors were simple and easy to follow, but the package didn’t include a workout program or exercise examples.I’ve been using these bands for about a week, working out three times a week, and they’ve been great so far. One standout feature is their compact size, they roll up easily and fit into a small bag included with the set. This makes them perfect for travel, whether you’re working out in a hotel room, on a patio, or even at the beach.As someone who doesn’t use anchors or attachments, I rely solely on the bands and grips. The shorter length of these bands compared to gym-style tube bands is actually a plus for me. At 6’2”, I don’t need to loop them around anything to remove slack, which streamlines my routine.When it comes to resistance workouts, it’s a bit of a rabbit hole to compare them to traditional weights like dumbbells. Resistance bands engage your muscles differently, and it’s up to you to adjust the tension and ensure a good workout. With these bands, I’ve been able to focus on my muscle engagement and adjust on the fly. Works very well IF you use them. Durable enough for daily use. Lightweight and easy to install. Doesn't slip from my hands.

I love these bands. I get a great workout every time. After shoulder surgery, it’s better on my shoulder to use bands. I get a nice workout without injuring my shoulder again.

This is a nice set of different strength bands that work well for stretching.
