They extend flush with the mounting surface. **Q: The total length of the desk I'm needing this for is 72" (or 6 feet). The drop leaf is only 24" (2 feet) of that. Would this fit my project?** A: I don’t know the answer. I used 4 of these supports for a 72” drop leaf. **Q: What is the thickness of the hinge? i.e. how proud is it of the inside surface of the cabinet to whichh it is mounted?** A: Don’t understand the question. This product does not include hinges ## Frequently Bought Together - POWERTEC 71426 Metal Drop Leaf Table Supports – Set of 2, Silver - Zinc Plated Steel Drop Leaf Table Hinge | 3-1/8" x 1-7/16" | One Pair | Old Furniture Reproduction Hardware | TH1-SZ (1) - Jg Edelen Drop Leaf Hinge, Pair --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ma/products/196315422-powertec-drop-leaf-table-supports-set-of-2-silver-metal](https://www.desertcart.ma/products/196315422-powertec-drop-leaf-table-supports-set-of-2-silver-metal) --- *Product available on Desertcart Morocco* *Store origin: MA* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
