If the thread is extra strong,what is its strength? What is the tensile strength of this thread? The fact that there is no evidence, in the info nor in the description, of the actual strength, stating "extra strong" is totally meaningless. The truth is that the thread breaks far to easily and regularly to be of any use to me. I am re-sewing a cars' canvas convertible roof. This thread caused big headaches by snapping every couple of stitches. There is evidence of fraying within the thread which is probably where the thread snaps. It seams this thread is neither strong in tension nor able to withstand the friction when being threaded. Also, It is easily deformed, making the thread lumpy!It has not been a good thread in any way at all for me.

Good quality thread, works great in the sewing machine on leather.

Used this on some DIY outdoor gear projects, very strong and durable. I had a few thread failures only when running the machine at full speed with an overlock stitch, but that could easily be blamed on the machine.
