I love cooked soybeans and the quality on these is great. my local grocery store doesn’t carry soybeans so these are great. My family doesn’t like them as much so I make a huge batch and then freeze in little containers for me to eat later.

I studied various recipes for soy milk and found it too labor intensive to bother. So I decided to forget all the steps. I cook the beans in a pressure cooker for 45 minutes along with flax seeds (2:1 beans to seeds.) Allow to cool gradually over 2-3 hours. (No soaking, no peeling, no filtering.) Chill. Make milkshakes in a blender as follows: 1 cup beans/flax, 1 large ripe banana, 1/3 cup coconut milk, 1 cup nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts), 1 cup greens. Add to taste: dark chocolate powder, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, honey, stevia, salt. Fill blender with ice water and blend till smooth. DELICIOUS! Everybody in my house loves it! Freezing 1-cup portions of beans/flax in sandwich bags works well for later use.

I tried sprouting these so called organic soy beans and less than an eighth of them sprouted. I don't trust a legume that doesn't sprout. Poor quality product.

For sure it is organic as some are small and some are not mature. I am in general happy with the quality however it was disappointing to have some small stones together with soy beans… I guess it is hard to remove the small stones however wishing better quality control to remove them.

Used to make soy milk and I am impressed. I purchased nut milk makers for myself and my daughter. We split the bag of soybeans and the rest is history. I will purchase again.
