Filters are to protect the HVAC system. If you have too high a MERV filter, you will not be passing enough air over the A/C coils and will cause them to freeze up. These filters are just right, made to catch enough to keep the coils clean, but allow enough air flow.

Filters have great air flow unlike the filters available in the stores.

This filter has better airflow than the others I have purchased in the past. I love the product and would recommend it.

Great filter. My ex was a HVAC mechanic and always used these filters.

1. The filter batting was not glued within the frame, in 4 of the 12 filters I received.2. The cardboard frame had open, unglued corners in 6 of 12.3. The product photo appears to have much thicker batting; in reality, these are actually MUCH thinner and sparse, exactly like the cheapest blue ones at discount stores.I had to "repair" the defects with packing tape.Won't buy these again. Shame on the QC people.

We reorder these over and over. I like clean air and want to change our filters monthly. We order about 6 -12 month worth at a time.

These filters do not restrict the air flow. They let your a/c be more efficient.
