Great chamomile taste , earthy fragrance . Strong and brews up good . I just brew it up loose in a big , big glass cup and drink it straight , no sweetener , chamomile blossoms floating in my herb tea . I suppose some natural honey sweetener would be over the top in taste , but I like this tea earthy with flowers floating in the cup . This is typical very high quality , from Frontier Co-op . The best .

This came to me sealed tight and extremely fresh. After opening to keep it freshlonger I would advise putting it in an air tight container. This has great health benefits you get a large amount for your money and it is very strong. This packaging appearance nice and straight to the point. Over a great value for your money.

can’t say enough good things about these Frontier Co-op German Chamomile Flowers. The smell alone is enough to make you want to brew a cup right away — so fresh and relaxing! The tea itself is smooth, naturally sweet, and super calming without any bitterness. I drink it every night before bed, and it’s become my little ritual to unwind and relax. Love that it’s organic and high-quality too. If you’re looking for a cozy, soothing tea that actually feels like self-care in a cup, this is it.

All of these reviews on different teas are mixed together, just so you all know- I'm on the Valerian page, yet I purchased burdock root tea. Burdock doesn't smell or taste especially good, but it's certainly good FOR you. Because it's the root, it works particularly well in a decoction, where it's boiled on a stove top. Burdock is detoxifying and cleansing, as well as nourishing for your kidneys. It's full of nutrients, and can be helpful when used in herbal tonics. As always, I'm disappointed with the cheap unsealable mylar bags from Frontier. However, the quality of the herbs is there. I had to purchase a whole set of Kraft airtight bags just so I can put their herbs into something more secure. This is why I often choose Starwest Botanicals over them if I'm not sure which one to go with. I used this Burdock root in my specialty tea blend, Vitamin C Tea. It contains many nutritious dried herbs and fruits that make it an excellent replacement for sugary juices and sodas. It came out great, and I made many teabags full of it. The tea knocks out a cold or flu immediately, and the burdock is a vital part of the recipe.

I put a tablespoon in a French press every night to help me sleep. I only use about a cup of water so it’s very concentrated but I don’t want to drink a lot of liquid before going to bed, ya know? I prefer the natural source of apigenin (a flavonoid) instead of buying capsules where it’s been isolated. Nice clean flavor and when I opened the bag I noticed a slight light floral smell. So much better than commercial tea bags I had been using. For convenience, if you want to bring on a camping trip or something, Amazon does sell non bleached tea bags (a couple inches long) with a drawstring and you could fill those.

This is the best tasting chamomile I have ever had. It tastes like honey.
