Great electric kettle
Works great. Looks good. I'm happy. It's difficult to find an electric kettle that will also keep the water heated for hours if you press the keep warm button after the boil function has completed. I'm very glad to have found this kettle at a good price point.

Heats up water quick!
The media could not be loaded. The Dezin is really handy to have. Can be used for making water hot very quickly for hot chocolate, hot tea etc...It is simple to use. Has blue and green lights to help with knowing the water is heating up or keeping water warm. The base that heats up, cools back down pretty fast after powering off. It is a good size. I also have used this to help heat up water for showering in an emergency situation. Used this to heat up water from jugs. And then poured it into 13 gallon bin with water. Hested that water up thanks to this. Then ran a portable camping shower with pump from the bin, with the shower head for it hooked up to the wall in my actual shower. And took a nice hot shower. Despite there being an emergency. This works great and I'd recommend getting one. They are a good value for the money! Seems rust resistant too?

Super Convenient
This Kettle is pretty nice. It's modern looking, and has a keep warm feature that I didn't see in other kettles. The kettle consist of a glass interior with a hard plastic exterior trim. The kettle also feels pretty sturdy too. Over, I was impressed with how it looks and feels. There's two switches on the kettle. The switch at the top turns the kettle on and off. Once the water begins to boil, that switch is automatically turned off. The switch at the bottom of the handle allows you to set the "keep warm" function on or off. The keep warm feature isn't boiling hot, but it is hot enough for my teas. From my experience, this kettle is able to boil water significantly faster than placing a pot of water onto my gas range. It does use a lot of power though. I accidentally tripped my breaker when I used it in combination with my microwave and toaster all together. My only complaint is that I don't think that the top completely comes off. This may be problematic in the future if scaling appears from use over time, but I think that I can get a silicone brush to clean that out when it happens.Overall, it's a great product. I like how the kettle design is pretty modern, and blends in with my other kitchen appliances. The kettle boils water pretty quickly, and the keep warm feature is a nice touch as well.

Very classy
After my previous electric kettle stopped working I ordered this one. I use it almost every day. There have been a number of reviews about spotting on the bottom of the kettle, but I haven't noticed that. I do make sure there is always some water left in it after using it so the heat doesn't burn off the rest of the moisture, so that may be why, but I can't say for sure. The noise is about average for electric kettles. The cord seems to be around 18".Pros:It looks really classy, much nicer than most electric kettles. It is easy to put on and take off the base, and feels really sturdy on it.It doesn't drip when pouring it. This is a huge issue I've encountered with electric kettles in the past.Keep warm function. This is really cool to have. I've only ever used it once, but some people may use it all the timeCons:The "buttons" the hold the lid in place get stuck in easily. When I first got it I pushed one of them just to see how strong the pushback was and now it will be forever lost within the lid. That being said, having one less button hasn't affected the lid's ability to stay closed when pouring. So no problems with functionality, just frustrating. There is no button to open the lid. My previous kettles all had buttons to press to pop the lid open, which was incredibly convenient. This kettle doesn't have that, but it has an indented handle on the top that makes it easy to open. The lid doesn't stick open. This has been my biggest frustration with this kettle. Once you open the lid, all you have to do is tilt the kettle a little bit to make the lid flopped closed again. This is very annoying when filling the kettle. Since I have to use one hand to hold the kettle and another to hold the lid open, that means that I need to turn on the water ahead of time and wipe down whatever water gets on the outside after before putting it back on the base.

Use it several times a day
I bought this kettle about 3 years ago and we use it several times a day to make tea and coffee. It heats water up quickly, and you can even heat up just enough for one cup of tea. After 3 years, it died on me and stopped turning on. This is likely because we used it so much. I just purchased the same kettle again, because I think it is really nice and easy to use, and inexpensive too.

Electrical Issue (Potential Fire Hazard) a Few Months In
Worked for a couple months then this intense burning electrical and plastic smell started to come from it. Luckily my partner was able to turn it off quickly. The kettle looked like something melted under the glass was hot like wires or circuits were burning on the inside. It did work just fine before this but the fact that this only happened in a few months... The lid doesn't have locking feature so it'll fall closed. It was pretty fast and the keep warm function worked fine for the time it worked. Water tasted fine up the issue. Its a $20 kettle from a "brand" from Amazon, so you really get what you pay for.
