Review: Bought it for my 5 years old nephew but I want it for ME! - I'm a physics student and I adored this book. I had so much fun reading through. Amazing quality. Sturdy, colourful, and the pages got interactive features. The sense of humour they use to describe concepts is BRILLIANT. Pure entertainment but at the same time deep in theory. Enough to feed curiosity and to develop a healthy relationship between kids and science at early age. I can't recommend it enough. Pd: the periodic table built it is hilarious... even if you are an adult get yourself this book. (If you are nerd enough about physics) Review: Fantastic, fun and full of interest. - Just like with other Usborne books from the Peep Inside series, this title delivers a ton of interesting information in an engaging way. My 6 year old is now well on her way to completing her goal of understanding particle physics and solving dark matter/dark energy. I am only partially joking about that. She regularly comes to me with some little titbit of information and devours it a couple of times a week, always coming back with questions. If you want books that feed their knowledge and curiosity simultaneously, this is a good step.

Fantastic range of books!
My kids absolutely love these lift the flap books and they're still getting picked up 6 months later. They've learnt so much and really enjoy telling everyone all the interesting facts. It's great to see such enthusiasm to learning. Thoroughly recommend.

Good study aid
This serves as a very good introduction to atoms and science. What is especially good about this is it uses relevant comparisons for children to help them understand. The book is far from boring and makes science a nice fun read. Its made for a very good book for 5 - 8 age groups I recommend it.

Perfect lift-the-flap book for older children. We bought it to use with our chemistry unit study along with their periodic table lift the flap book and my children loved it and looked forward to it! Would recommend.

Such short, simple and easily understood facts that attract the attention of the reader…. Cute illustrations, really well written book for ages 5 and above if you ask me. The knowledge gained from this book will never fade out. Both the writer and illustrator knew exactly how to engage little kids and teach them without actually putting the pressure of reading a lot of text to understand a point(which generally happens in science books). I really wish I had such a book when I was a kid. Kudos to the makers of this book.

We are trying to build a home library for our 6 yo with books on various topics that he is interested in. Usborne books are interesting though not overwhelming. We love all the books in the lift-the-flap series.
