Product was easy to set up. Must, Must, Must read the instruction book thoroughly before plugging it in. Need to be able to position the unit properly for it to do the best job. Have it sitting on top of my china hutch for optimum performance.It is making a difference in cleaning the air and less dust flying around. Like the fact that you can adjust the use level based on the size of the area of your home. Very good investment. Have a shop close by to do the cleaning and maintenance on the air purifier so I do not have to mess with that part of it.

My neighbor purchased the larger model at a home show years ago and I always loved walking into her home and smelling clean fresh air. I love fresh smells and used air fresheners but they have become so pricey. I found this smaller unit on Amazon and it is perfect for my home. I have 3 dogs but you would never know it. I love the smell of fresh clean air in my home! Easy setup, comes with remote.

So far it seems to be working well. I have only had it running for five days straight but it appears to have done the job of reducing odors and cleaning the air. The product was easy to set up right out of the box. The fan is a bit noisy at the top setting but no too bad. I run the fan at mid-level when I want it quiet and that does the trick. I have not tried cleaning it yet.

I wanted to get the cooking smells (specifically meat) out of our house and clothes. It would linger for days. I tried other air purifiers, but didn't work even after days of being turned on. The Pure Air does it! It takes a couple hours, but it's gone. gone. gone!!! I can come home from work and not know that my husband cooked bacon for breakfast. I don't have to be hyper-vigilant about shutting the door to our closet so that all our clothes don't smell like cooked meat! Love it!

Plugged this in and it started giving off a horrible smell. My entire family was nauseous within an hour. Sent it back, but seller won't provide a full refund. This is my worst experience on Amazon.

As the headline states, all members of my family noticed a change in air quality within a very short time span. We also bought one for our cellar. It has a history of being a musty smell. Once again there was an unbelievable change in air quality in a short span of time. The musty smell was totally gone. While some would prefer to get something more aesthetically pretty, we preferred one that would make a discernible difference in the air in our home. I highly recommend this product. In fact friends are considering purchasing this product because of the change these have made in our home.

Amazing! !! I bought this product to eliminate strong smoke and mildew odor in my boyfriend's house. I previously had a much smaller one. This thing works so well. First day I noticed a remarkable difference. It has saved my life by cleaning the air I breathe

Difficult to find replacement purification plate. Always sold out on Greentech website and too expensive elsewhere.

Took the paint chemical smell out of air in no time!

I use this in the office. It cleans the air nicely, and the fan isn't too noisy even on the highest settings. Might be loud in a home environment though.

Not much to say, it makes the air smell different. No evidence of changes in evironment

Product received today. Opened box to find no instructions manual, remote has no batteries and essentially it does not feel like I've received a new product. Paying almost 1000$, I would expect a new, unused product and not one that may have been returned and used. Who knows how long the product was used for (would prematurely cost me more money to replace plate, light, etc... ) and what environment was it previously used for. Can't speak on the quality, only on the initial unboxing and disappointment. Will be returning product.
