Replaced 8gb memory with 16gb. The memory was easy to replace and works great. I purchased the DDR3 for my HP PC. Overall I am satisfied with the results.

Does exactly what I needed it to, and at a reasonable price! It was so difficult to track down DDR3 in stores, and I didn't want to go online, but I was glad I did in the end. Came in great, protective packaging, and works as advertised!

Easy to install and improved internet speed with the addition of SSD. This computer isn’t used for gaming so no answers there.

Fast, easy to install , quality

This was for an old Dell Optiplex 7010 which had 4GB of memory and a hard drive. This computer always had the memory at 90+% full and the hard drive was almost always at 100% utilization (not full, but just always reading and writing to the disk). It would take 5 minutes just to start computer and bring up a browser. After upgrading the memory to 16GB and adding a $20 SSD the computer is SO MUCH NICER to use. Startup now takes less than a minute and I can have multiple windows open and the memory usage is only at 35% or so and disk utilization is usually less than 10%. I used to hate this computer but now it is a pleasure to use. So for about $60 the computer is working much better than when it was new.

The A-Tech 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3/DDR3L 1600MHz PC3L-12800 (PC3-12800) is an excellent upgrade for my old Dell Inspiron 3847 i3 Desktop, which I upgraded to Chrome OS Flex. It now works flawlessly after installation.
