i’m 135 lbs and i’m usually between a small and medium in sizes. i ended up sizing up to a medium/large and it fits very well, it’s snug but not too tight or loose. I personally don’t think it rolls down if you have the correct size. it’s a good price for shape wear! i do think it’s ridiculous that the nude is double the price of the black but i ended up buying a nude pair as well just because the pricing is still lower than other shape wears and the fit is good.

So I would say these run a little small, I am 5 feet and 135lbs and I got a size medium-large and I’d say it was a perfect fit. I have so many pairs of these. I love them, they have a light amount of compression to help with the extra skin I have on my tummy from having kids.

I bought this shape wear for a bridal appointment. The tummy control area of the shape wear worked ok, but it constantly bunched up onto itself any time I would bend over. It would not stay in place. And the thong area was pretty tight, I would say to maybe size up for comfort if you decide to purchase these.

I absolutely love this product! It holds you in, the thong doesn’t hurt like some other do, it didn’t roll down or move the whole time I wore it. (At a wedding) if anything I would size down. I normally am a medium and I got the m-l and it could have been tighter.

I didn't even have the option to try this item on as when I received it, it was dirty and covered in black marks that wouldn't come off. At first I thought it was the bag but I took it out and the underwear themselves were covered in these black marks. Such a shame.

Love that they don't go up too high, ie. under the boobs. Great shaping and very soft.

Might be good for people who aren't apple shaped but if you have a belly these will roll down.

I was worried this would be too tight or not seamless enough but this is perfect for a high waisted thong! Highly recommend ordering true to size.
