Not made for adult cats. Instructions are not helpful. Above picture is 4 month old kittens.

Wow! My child could have made this better than what arrived. The instructions were useless and hardly any of the holes lined up. I have it in two separate pieces because it doesn't fit together! The worst $60 I ever spent! Just horrible!!

Our cats like to be high. We wanted a tall cat tree. This one is tall. However, it is very skinny. It is almost vertical. Little kittens can fit on each level, but they probably can't make the vertical leap from platform to platform. Adult cats are tall enough, but there is no room on each level for them to stand comfortably. I'm remodeling it to spread it out sideways, giving our cats room to stand and move between the levels.

Well the instructions say, 20 minutes to assemble! I beg to differ on that topic LOL! Once this was all put together it is shaky and not too sturdy. One of my cats is a little heavy, there is movement through the entire tree when she gets to the top.

The first issue are the 500 pieces it comes in. Second, is the the shedding of material. I was expecting a carpet material, but it’s like a cheap furry material. There are pieces of the material that we had to puncture to get screws through because they were not pre-cut. The cat step piece at the bottom does not match instructions. It appears to be an L shaped piece, but in reality, is two metal hinge pieces that rotate outward.It is definitely NOT sturdy and the base is. Not level and it IS screwed in properly. It needs a wider base at this height. Our cat is larger and I don’t know how well this is going to work.This took far longer than 20 minutes to assemble and this was my husband who easily does IKEA furniture.This is the type of furniture you spend forever putting together, is a pain in the butt, and then you’re disappointed with the quality.

Overall: Great for the price, but needs more improvementPros: My cat loves it. The mouse component is great. It’s a very tall cat tree.Cons: The fabric is very thin. It took more than 20 minutes to assemble, as suggested in other commenters’ reviews. The tree is not that stable, especially in the top areas. The fluff on the surface falls off VERY EASILY I’m not sure about the safety of it since it seems to be inhalable. Also, the manual is not very helpful.

There are no real boxes and no instructions on how to assemble the boxes for this cat tower. I get my cats new towers every year to two years this is the worst tower I have ever bought.

Just changed to one star as it's been days and no reply from the company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! The instructions were terrible, not consistent, and very vague. It was missing holes in several spots, to which I had to make my own. Not enough glue on the carpet, it's barely held on, my cat climbed it once and the carpet came off. I am gluing everything the proper way with your on entire surface area instead of just gluing ends together this was especially necessary on the cylindrical pieces. Would have liked to see pieces labeled it was a nightmare, especially when you list parts as being the same when they are not. I'm not sure if they are all like this at this price range, but there were some things that seemed like they were done out of laziness not cost effectiveness.
