At a time where COVID19 is a pandemic, it’s great to have this device to check your lungs since one of the first sign of COVID19 is fever and shortness of breath. I read an article in the New York Times, if I'm not mistaken, suggesting that having an oximeter like this is not a bad idea to help you determine: whether or not you are infected with Coronavirus; and when it's time to get to the hospital if you are.So far, my oximeter reading has been 99, telling me I'm well in the clear. Phew!Otherwise, the heart rate reading seems to accord with the h.r. monitor in my Puma Smartwatch, so that checks out as well.Finally, the device is very easy to use. This device also monitors my heart rate. This is very useful information in monitoring your health. The device is built very well and does not seem to be cheaply made. The screen is bright too clearly see the numbers. Appears to be built to last a lifetime!

Just received this today and tried it out a few minutes ago after I took my blood pressure and pulse with my Omron arm cuff device(which I've checked against my doctor's readings). The Omron reported my pulse at 74 , this device reported it as 102. In multiple tries, it's reported my pulse rate as low as 56 while my Fitbit reports 90. Just checked again against the Fitbit, it reads 67 vs. 90 on the Fitbit.Did another comparison test with Omron, this device on the finger and the Fitbit on the wrist: Omron 84, device 84, Fitbit 83. WTH???This is preliminary, I have an appointment with my doctor Tuesday and I'll take it with me to compare.But, so far, I'm not impressed.

Let me tell you this thing works Great. I've been checking myself because I have low Oxygen level and this thing as been working perfectly for me. And also checks my heart rate which I check pretty much 4 to 8. times A-da. I really think everybody should have one of these on hand all the time especially with the Corona virus going on at horrible thing but they say it attacks your lungs and if he have this on hand You could check your oxygen level and see if it's low. They say that if you do have the coroner virus your Oxygen level will drop extremely. I personally thought a couple times that I was haven't problem breathing but it was all in my head thank God for my device.

Finally a little peace of mind in these crazy times. I am an asthmatic and knowing my oxygen levels is really important to me during the COVID crisis. Friends who have gotten sick recommended getting a Pulse Oximeter as they had one and really helped with their home monitoring and recovery. The read out is easy to see and use. Auto shut off after removing finger is great feature to save the battery. Lanyard is a nice thing to have to keep with you of constant monitoring is needed. Nice that it came with starter batteries so I didn’t have to go out and buy. The company has been very easy to contact for feedback and questions answered within 24 hours.

I bought this and received it in the evening, planning to try it the next day. I had a difficult night, struggling to breath and feeling very weak. At 5 am my daughter decided to check my oxygen level with it. ExpectingIt to be in the low 90’s we were shocked to read 37!Long story short, an ambulance was called who immediately rushed me to hospital. Thinking it was COVID-19 I was of course very worried. Luckily it wasn’t but I did have pneumonia. Spent the next 6 days on oxygen and IV’s. I’m home now and feeling much better.So yes, I would definitely recommend this product!

It does what it said on the box and seems to be accurate. My only beef is it’s made in china I would have been happier if it was made in the uk.
