Just incase ....
I repair electronics. I was in the fire service. The investment in this safety device is well worth the price. Fires happens quick and devastates without conscious. This type of device can make a huge difference on the outcome if dealt with quickly.

Nowhere when I bought this did it say it expires in one year. No long legal after one year.
We have a small apartment complex that the fire dept now wants a fire extinguisher in the small parking lot. Each apartment has it's own and there are hoses for each apartment. Now I have to pay an annual inspection fee of that extinguisher - for them to tell me it is expired. They are no good after one year. I doubt that very much but this is nuts.

Same as fire extinguisher in semi
This is the exact replacement for my semi truck extinguisher. I put out a trailer fire with the old one. Received a new extinguisher quickly.

Good extinguisher
A very good fire extinguisher but the required seal was not present. It was easy to install. It came with a bracket but needed screws and anchors.
