Initially I was incredibly disappointed to receive a frame with cracked glass (despite the high quality packing protection). However, customer service is amazing!!! They were quick to respond to my request for a replacement item. I rec’d the new frame in two days and it is perfect. Beautiful color wood, the matting is high quality and looks nice. The included hanging devices were easy to use and came with directions. I will order from them again because the customer service I was received was top notch. Beautiful frame for the Value.

The frame and glass were really good quality! But Make sure to properly measure your diploma. I didn’t do that the first time and I had to send the frame back and order another. But the company was great about refunding my money and I got the second one (the right sized one) super quickly.

Great frame for college degreeMy oldest son bought one last year from the University and was $200.This son didn’t want one from the University so this was super!Might hang in our powder room like my Husband’s and Mine ...the room most people need to go in lol

I bought this for my Son. This frame has some weight to it and looks very professional. Many nice diploma frames the college offers cost near $200.00 to purchase. Very happy I didn't have to break the bank.

This is a nice frame for diploma. It isn’t fairly priced. It shouldn’t be this expensive. I have purchased better quality frames for less elsewhere

Beautiful quality frames for an amazing price. I ordered this and the mat was the incorrect size. As soon as I reached out to them they were immediately willing to send me a mat for the exact size of my degree. This is a family owned business, definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed with any aspect.

It's kind of pricey for a frame. You might be better off buying a nice picture frame.
