Good service. Manufacturer issue.
The company that sold the Thermarest were great. However, the airsac after one use split on the seam. Expect better from the manufacturer for a premium product.

Punctures very easily, safety liability
I am a big fan of the thermarest brand, I own ~10 of their regular closed cells mats. So I bought 3 (four) of these inflatable mats for the whole family, trusting the brand. I found that the top layer fabric is not robust at all (by eye, about 0.1 mm thick) and is very easy to puncture. Every single pad has developed a cut after a week of camping, and each one now has at least one repair patch (some have two patches). Some of the cuts are very hard to repair (e.g. ones near the plastic valve where the thin outer fabric rubs directly against the plastic). With no punctures, the pads are indeed very warm, comfortable and lightweight. These pads are probably OK for camping in a grassy field or in a caravan. But in the wilderness with rocks, snow, and ice they are a safety liability. I have to carry an extra old-school closed-cell thermarest in case there is a puncture in the inflatable pad, so that one does not end up sleeping on bare frozen ground. This defeats the purpose of this pad and does not justify it's cost. One can get a memory foam self-inflatable caravan pad for 1/5th the cost and a more robust outer layer.

Great company to do business with - Outdoor Gear
Exchanged the mummy style for the Max version. Not much more weight and not as restricted when moving about in your sleep. I also went large (although 5f 7’) to comfortably have a pillow and still lots of leg room.
