i LOVE IT. WHEN I ORDERED IT I WAS WORRIED THAT IT MIGHT BE TOO HOT FOR ME. BUT IT IS PERFECT, SOMETIMES I HAVE DIGESTION PROBLEMS (I AM 89) FROM REALLY SPICY FOODS, THIS IS A MILD HEAT AND THE MOST INTERESTING THING I HAVE NOTICED AT FIRST TASTE YOU TASTE THE HONEY BUT THE AFTERTASTE ABOUT A SECOND LATER IS REALLY GOOD. I HAVE USED IT MANY WAYS ON VEGETABLES AND MEATS , IN MAYO TO GIVE IT A WOW TASTE. I COULD GO ON FOREVER AT THE THINGS I HAVE TRIED IT ON. TRY PEANUT BUTTER AND THIS HONEY. YUM

I am trying to make healthy changes to our diet which includes removing all seed oils. With that in mind, I have eliminated all bottled salad dressings, leading me on a search for healthy alternatives. I have found a little touch of honey added to Extra Virgin Olive Oil, along with various vinegars, lime juice, spices etc. makes a wonderful homemade salad or coleslaw dressing. The extra kick of red peppers is great for Mexican inspired dishes. I would like it even more if it were a bit hotter. I gave it a 4 star because of the price.

This purchase is the best value for money that I could personally find for Mikes Hot Honey, at this size. The actual site sells it for more, and to be honest, this was my first experience with the honey itself and I really recommend it! I am a big fan of regular honey, and was recommended this. I purchased a pepperoni pizza just to try this honey, and it was a great combo! I am excited to try it on other things. As someone who isn't that great with spice, I would say this honey is not spicy, as it caused me no issues.Overall, really good product!
