Bakewell Cream Starch Free Baking Powder 8 ounces

I love this brand as so far it the only baking powder I've found that is corn free. It bakes up perfectly and last me a while!

My son has allergy to corn so he can’t have regular baking powder or even some of the so called “allergy friendly” options because they are manufactured in shared equipment as corn, soy, wheat, etc. all of which he is allergic to. I used this powder for making gluten free flat bread and he had NO reactions. Thank God I can now bake freely since I finally found a safe baking powder that is a true one for one swap!

This works well, HOWEVER, while I appreciate the no starch component it contains an ingredient that is destructive to the immune system. And I don't like when brands exchange one unwanted (in this case Starch) for another even more destructive chemical. C'mon You can do better!

I have a severe intolerance to corn and this one of the few baking powders I've been able to find without cornstarch! Can't tell any difference in baking!
