Type Tells Tales

I was doing a graphic design assignment for my club, we do a fashion magazine on campus, and I needed inspiration for typesetting and layouts. Our library had this book and I loved it so much that I ended up buying my own copy of it. Well worth the purchase, especially since it also gives you artists to check out if you're interested in learning new faces in the graphic design world.

One of my favorite Heller/Anderson collabs. Some genuinely unique typographic adventures in here, all revolving typography as a form of visual narrative. Lots of very personal explorations and art projects NOT just a pile of curated graphic design work by other designers. This compiles some very rare pieces I've never seen anywhere else. If you love OCD typography, there are some real gems here.
