Phobya LED-Flexlight HighDensity, 30cm, 36x SMD LEDs, UV

This strip has worked very well in the first week perhaps even two weeks, light was bright and illuminated my entire pc case. It has been two months since the day of purchase, the light has lost 95% of it's intensity, the light output at this point is so bad that if you put your hand about a foot away in a dark room your hand will not be illuminated. It is a very misleading and cunning, multiple buyers have had this same misfortune with this product.

This was purchased as claimed to be a "self-stick" strip of UV lighting. The fact was that 5 out of 5 strips were found to be unusable in that the "adhesive" stayed on the protective backing and the strips themselves could not/would not adhere to the surface to which they were to be mounted. This is quite lamentable in that the lighting from the strips was very close to the intensity of a cold cathode type light. However...the galactic "stock out" on UV-Cold cathode lighting units necessitated finding an alternative. This product had the capability to be that substitute, but the adhesive issue (on 100%) of the products received (I bought every one they had) rendered this purchase a waste of money.

Absolute garbage.Note: UV light degrades plastic/turns it yellow... then absorbs UV light.This stuff is coated in plastic that yellows and dims the LEDs. The product is literally self-destructive. I expected the adhesive to fail (it did), that's fine. I didn't expect the rubberized material the stuff is coated in to not be compatible with the LEDs themselves.DO NOT BUY THIS!

I had the same experience as Adam N. The strips worked really well for a week or two, but brightness started fading quickly after that. Less than a month and they barely worked. Not very good quality. Trying another brand.edit: purchased some Cablemod UV strips (not from here) and they have been really good.

Didn't last 6 months

This was a very surprising purchase.I didn't have high expectations for LED UV lightning but Phobya has changed my mind!!Extremely BRIGHT with Great build quality and priced very reasonably.*Be careful when removing the backing off of the 3M tape...I Pulled the tape off the LED Strip (went back on without issues)

Just what I needed. Pre applied Glue sucks but I'll work with it.
