Customer service is AWESOME.
Bought for my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Fits just right and looks great. I didn't read the instructions so I couldn't comment on how informative they are. It's pretty self explanatory on how this goes together. I read a few of the reviews on it and skipped the rubber gaskets and sealed the halves with GE Silicone. The powder coating is nice and textured a little bit, bugs should come right off. The welds are nice and the structure is solid. My roof flexes on my jeep before the rack does. I'm not a huge fan of the mounting, If the made the main outside frame the load bearing support it would be better. The mounting does it's job though and like I said, the roof flexes before the rack. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, The lines look good on it, it's not just a box to put your stuff in. And with this rack being cheaper than a Yakima this is a great alternative. The fairing was broken when I received it, I contacted the manufacturer and they asked for a photo of my order number and the broken fairing. I sent it to them at 3:33 PM, I received an email back at 3:49 stating they were shipping me a new one free of charge. Customer service is second to none which is hard to find these days. I'll stand behind a company that stands behind their product.

Works Perfectly for My Vehicle
I love this rack. Very well-built. It works perfectly on my 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited. Installed in minutes. I used it on a recent camping trip. Drove from Arcadia, CA to Shaver Lake, CA. On the way up I did not overload it with stuff. Drove the entire way at highway speeds (70 - 75 mph) and did not notice any increase in wind noise. Loaded it up a bit more on the way down and still did not notice any increase in wind noise. This rack is worth the extra dollars. I tried the Curt rack and it did not fit my Highlander. The Rhino is noticeably a better made product as well. This Rack is a lifesaver for our camping trips. Now the kids don't have to be fully barricaded with gear piled up next to them!

Its very sturdy, aerodynamic (although wind noise does increase)
This Rhino Rack is just plain killer in both functionality and aesthetics. It totally fits the bill for my needs. Its very sturdy, aerodynamic (although wind noise does increase), and has a good load capacity of 165lbs with plenty of tie-down locations.NOW, WHY I'M P----D OFF...... I ordered this for a specific road trip that required this additional cargo space. I received the product packaged inside of a factory box with foam padding around the tubing of approx 40% and then inside of another box. Excited to receive it and ready to get it into usable shape, I assembled it immediately in the living room on carpet with great care only to discover damage in multiple areas.,It was dented in 3 spots, it was scuffed in more than 1 spot, and it had a bent upper bar on the left rear. Now, with the combination of the scheduled trip, the effort of tear-down, re-package, and shipping back, and the fact that through regular use it's going to become a little banged up, BUT, when you spend $700.00 for a roof rack system, you /I expect to receive a product in excellent if not perfect condition.I can't fairly complain about the return process due to the extenuating circumstances that caused me to choose to just keep it as is and I'm confident that it would have gone good had I pursued it. So be sure to check condition upon delivery prior to assembly.

Not worth the money! - Go with another brand.
So I really want to like this rack. I have the Larger one and it fits my 2018 Santa Fe Sport with factory rails just fine. Its sturdy build with a mild powder coating that will scratch the factory rails when sliding it across. Now as to why I am giving it a 1.The instructions are painfully bad and never instruct me to use the rubber covers, nor does the inventory list make sense, it seems to be out of order. Also this is clearly a previously opened rack and was half hardly repacked. It costs an arm and a leg to require more work and money to even get it close to being usable. I see why everyone recommends using a liquid gasket to seal the connection points. The included rubber "covers" do not seal well if at all. When tightening the the screws to the recommended 2.9ft lbs torque the rubber hole expands and will allow water to pool or leak directly into the tubes. When you slide the plastic X covers over the rubber seals they push the rubber out and create gaps where water can pool or leak directly into the pipes. This in the long run will create rust. So take the time and save your self a headache if you really want this rack to use a rubber gasket sealant. When torquing down the rack connectors to the rails on my car (once again to factory recommended 2.9ft lbs) it started to scratch away the light powder coating on some and exposed raw metal, once again leading to more rust areas. Now for the big one, the wind tunnel sound is BAD on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, starting at 40mph and over 70mph it sounds like a jet engine almost directly above the drivers head. Some said using plastic to make a downward slope wind screen helps and I will probably try that since I am already 400 into this. ( i have added a small plastic cover to the lower bars similar to the top one they give you. this seems to have reduced the noise but not by much)UPDATE - This thing tanks MPG on a Santa Fe Sport, i went from roughly 24-25mpg hwy to 15-16mpg.Finally the screws and Allen wrench. Again save some time and effort and purchase a security bit set. Funny part is Rhino sells a screw driver for this at $15 extra! Come on Rhino, its 2019, just add an Allen wrench and a small BIT to the box so anyone can use it with a screwdriver if they wish.Would I recommend this to anyone else? No! The cost to finish product is painful and requires more time and effort then is led to believe at this price point.
