Great for dribblers
Okay, well, I got the Oscars yesterday from Amazon, which means I think they shipped 'em before I actually placed the order. Unbelievable. The first thing any manufacturer of any cloth diaper will tell you is that you have to wash it first or they won't be absorbent. Apparently there is "sizing" still on the fabric, and that acts as a water-resistant barrier till it's washed off. Let me be clear that I have NOT yet washed these, and today I didn't ask much of them. I don't feel like I can really say much about their absorbency, but that won't stop me. ;-)First is the fit, which is tight. These run small, so be aware. I know they need to be snug in order to not have gaps wetness can get through, but these are really tight. That aside, they fit well, coming up high enough in front and back. Also, the material in front--what your "tender bits" rub against all day, is very, very soft. The pad, just as advertized, goes up all the way in front and back, and--hazzah!--is full-width in front. Conni says there is an opening, and there is, but I have no idea how it could be a functional fly. I'm guessing it's there for those using a catheter or something. Honestly, I can't imagine being able to twist and wind your dude through that. But the point is that, unlike nearly every other brief I've tried, the "fly" in no way compromises or reduces the size of the pad.I don't expect these to be very capacious, and press-out might be a serious issue when sitting, but these aren't a replacement for disposable absorbent underwear or diapers. If you need discreet protection that fits well and holds a few bursts, get the Depend Real Fit (it pains me to say that Depend has finally done something right, but they did). But if you have some dribbling and need something that will keep your fly dry, after a few washings I'm willing to bet these will be great. I'll wash them a couple times and let you know.

Leaked out leg bands. Not acceptable.
Brief fit was snug but not too tight. Pad seemed rather thin. Assumed it was a good fit. However, upon wetting, it immediately leaked out through leg bands. Totally unsatisfactory..

I have good results with Conni.
I have tried several absorbent and waterproof briefs and Conni's is by far the best I have purchased. Many have leaked through side opening and what was supposed to be a waterproof barrier.

Brilliant product
My husband was leaking after his surgery so I purchased a pair of these to see if they work. They are brilliant. He loves them. They have returned his dignity. As far as I'm concerned all men should consider these after prostate surgery. Can't recommend highly enough. It appears they are designed in Australia and I've purchased other Australian products over the years and never had an issue. Wish I could live there :)

Better not hang left!
If you hang left, then this product provides less protection than a standard pair of underpants. In that area it is thinner than most underpants. It is way less stylish and considerably more expensive. I only dribble a little occasionally after urinating. This product did not provide sufficient protection from even that small amount of liquid. Perhaps if I force my member to the right, it might kinda work. But I wouldn't bet on it.
