This stabilizer is a bit stiff, but it hoops well and tears away cleanly. It is a good choice when you need a medium tear away stabilizer for the 5x7" hoop size, or similar. I think it would be fine for 6x8 or other hoops around that size. It comes flat, pre-cut, ready to use. We are making in the hoop animals and it works very well for our project.

I’ve been using these when I make badge holders and sanitizer holders from cork fabric. This stabilizer works just fine, will buy again when I am running low.

I can't believe this got such great reviews. That is why I ordered it, but I hate it. It works just fine as a stabilizer and I like the fact that the sheets are pre-cut. However, if this is tear away then apparently I don't understand what tear away means. It certainly isn't easy to tear off. I spend more time getting this stabilizer off the back than I do making the actual design. I certainly won't buy it again.Added 6/21/16 - I would like to revise my review. When I first purchased this stabilizer I was brand new to embroidery. Since using the machine and the stabilizer for several months I have changed my opinion. Although it isn't the "best" stabilizer I have tried, it is working out pretty good for me now. I love the size of the precut sheets, perfect for both 5 x 7 and 6 x 6 hoops. I would buy it again and would recommend it to others. Sorry for the initial negative review.

This is very stiff paper, and does not tear easily. My embroidery bobbin thread would break and warp the embroidery on top sometimes before the stabilizer would come away. Works for some projects, but I would avoid for anything intricate where all stabilizer needs to be removed

This is my second order of this product. I love the way it tears away easily and cleanly without distorting my stitches. Easy to hoop as well.

Just messed up almost 40 minutes of a design with this...Do NOT buy this... use Pellon or Sulky... I did the same design using Pellon stabilizer and the bunny design stitched wonderful... perfect... Tried using this stabilizer today with the exact same design and fabric... the machine was getting all messed up and I ended up with bobbin thread all bunched up... after I had spent almost 40 minutes stitching the design.. now it is not possible to save the design.. I am throwing this out and will stick with Sulky or Pellon from now on... just because something is cheap does not mean it is any good...

Poor quality. Very stiff and too thick. Difficult to tear off after stitching. While it did the job and worked well thru my sewing machine, the problems I had afterward removing the excess is what caused my to give only 2 stars.

This is my second time to order this tear away stabilizer. I love it. Perfect weight. Tears away well and supports the design. Yes I recommend it to anyone who does machine embroidery.
