If you are curious about what Consumer-centric Healthcare is all about, and want to learn how to move your organization or practice in that direction. You will appreciate learning about Jordan-Marsh's knowledge and experiences. Indeed understanding why personal health records are so central to support preventive medicine, shared care and emergency response is becoming mandatory both for healthcare professionals and healthcare managers. And of course that telehealth is much conducive to consumer centeredness. My current research will benefit to have sound sources available regarding how to effectively innovate consumer service.
