Needed an aero step type device... saw this, bought it, it's great.The only difference with the aero step is the shape.Comes with a sturdy little pump.... adjust the air pressure to alter the balance feel.Theses balance devices are a simple idea.... this product comes with the simple price. Bought on the advice of my physio for helping to overcome balance issues. Strong, well made. I use when sitting in a upright chair to help strengthen my core and also for strengthing legs by standing on and finding balance, one leg at a time

Great value cushion that does what I needed. Not the most comfortable for sitting on for long periods if fully inflated.
