Good build quality. Haven't used yet. Distinctive red case is semi-rigid fabric generally following the convex suitcase form but had been pressed in as dents (~100mm diameter) in a couple of locations - likely during shipping. It didn't pop back out but I expect it will return to shape when filled/pushed out from inside. All four wheels are swivel casters that rotate to spin in any direction. Hardware (including swivel casters and telescopic handle) is solid. The product was shipped in a cardboard box and received within four days with Free Super Saver Shipping.We also bought the 24-Inch edition and its case was perfect.

It is great suitcase I just didnot realize how large it is for traveling on a plane. Love the four wheels which helped in managing the size piece.
