This is my second purchase of this product. I bought one for myself some months ago and keep it in my travel kit. This is for my son who will be traveling abroad. Having used it for some time, I love it.The GOOD: I try to travel pretty light and I hate carrying bottles. It replaces both a shower gel AND shampoo, so it cuts down on at least one, if not two bottles. Also, I hate liquid messes. Although I zip-top bag them, inevitably at least one bottle leaks and is a mess inside the bag. Every once in a while, it even leaks out of the bag. Not this bar! I dry it slightly and keep it in a good quality travel case- no mess.If you, like me, often keep a few toiletries in your carry-on in case your luggage is lost or delayed, you'll be happy to know that this is a generous supply (days and days) of soap and shampoo that is not liquid, so no worries about going over the legal limit in ounces. Put some solid deodorant, a toothbrush, and a travel toothpaste in your bag and you are golden.AND it performs. It does a great job cleaning both your body and your hair. It smells great. It doesn't just melt away, so you can use one bar for many days.The BAD: It's not really bad, but it is a strong cleanser. I have a sense that it might be slightly harsh on your hair for the long term if you aren't using conditioner. That being said, I use this for travel, so it's only a few days at a time and I've had no issues.The BOTTOM LINE: This is a great product that does its job, smells great, and saves space and mess. Highly recommended.

love the smell and it lasts a while. I use it as a finishing step and can smell it on my a few hours later, which is exactly what I want.

Mmmm, this soap has the beat smell. It’s great for men, has a heavy & good piece & the scent is the winner. Good quality soap.

This soap is great for both hair and body. The cedar and sandalwood scent is refreshing and lasts for a while without being overpowering. It lathers well and leaves my skin feeling clean but not dry. The compact size is perfect for travel too.

This stuff has a strong (if pleasant) smell, and it lathers up nice, but I think I'm missing someething here. Why the fancy cardboard box with the magnet closure? If you put your wet soap in there, YES, it will get suck and make the box soggy. I have no idea what they were thinking.It's a robust soap, but you'll feel like you're wearing cologne afterwards. And for hair, it leaves a dull residue just like soap. So.. I'm thinking plain old soap is probably just as good.

My friends and I have been searching out new companies like this to support. The lazy, greedy insistence of the BIG BRANDS to continue the use of cancer-causing, toxic plastics has to stop. It's quality innovative products and packaging like this, that will keep customers coming back.
