Review: Can't beat Wrangler jeans.. - Good old Wrangler quality and fit. However these are just approaching the 'younger set' with almost 'mod' leather tabs. No problem - I wear my belt on the outside over that leather tab anyway. The first pair I got had the size printed wrong on the outside and the correct size (which I didn't order) on the inside fabric tab on the waist-line. In other words - the outside sizing indicated 36X30; which was what I ordered but when I looked at the inside fabric tab it revealed the true size of 34X32. I took my yard stick and it measured the 34X32 size as indicated. How they mis-marked it on the outside I don't know. desertcart took care of it pronto; paying for the return and overnight shipping the correct size to me. The 2nd set are a true 36X30 as indicated on all the size markings both inside and out. I ran them through two wash cycles to get that 'new' smell out of them; ironed them and they fit perfect. Overall I'm completely happy. Just make SURE you measure garments before you start ripping size tabs off . . . FWIW. I still have some from about 12 years ago that are starting to wear out. I have had a couple rip out at the crotch and more than a few wear out at the knees and seat due to hard wear. Comfortable, durable, with almost no stretch or shrinkage. Depending on my weight I wear 32-34 inch waist and all three sizes fit the same way. They shrink a little after the first wash and the color dulls almost imediatly but stays "Dark" for some time depending on washing habits. The fit of the Regular Fit is narrow at the waist and hips helps the stay up with or with out a blt, (although they are not as comfortable with out one) snug on the thighs and strait down along the calf. Every other big name brand I've tried in stores seems to fit like what I used to think of as a boot cut or almost a flare even though they are really straight leg--I guess this is the result of size inflation. A pair I bought locally had a belt loop pull out at the bottom end where it is sewn to a single layer of fabric. The pair from Amazon has the same construction, but now I know not to pull up the pants by those loops.
