NOT REAL TUSK....but still pretty good.
These are not real tusk but they are still pretty good bars. Like mentioned in a couple of other reviews the hardware is pretty junky but you can always steal hardened bolts from work lol. Installing them Isn’t too bad as long as you have the proper tools. YOU ARE GONNA NEED A 1/8 EXTENSION AT LEAST 12 -18INCHES LONG TO GET TO THE CLAMP BOLTS FOR THE DOWNTUBE. There is a noticeable difference in the gap between the fairing and the bars on each side. Not a deal breaker for me as I’m going to thrash these things to death. They are sturdy as hell and provide good protection.

The bars are great. The ease of installation 3 stars has nothing to do with the bars, it is just a bunch of work to put bars on of any brand. I would recommend them to not just your friends but my friends too!

Great fit
Was a solid pair of bars. Easy install perfect fit. My complaint is both bars had scratches through the powder coat finish and easy to see on the bike.

These are NOT made by TUSK
These are NOT Tusk! They are made to look like Tusk crash bars, but are not of the same quality. The hardware is junk, but that was easy enough to replace. The fit is not perfect either, I have about 1.5 inch gap between bar and plastic on one side and about a 2.5 inch gap on the other. Spend the extra money and order TUSK.

Not Tusk
These aren’t Tusk crash bars. Chinese knockoffs. Hardware isn’t as good as what comes with real Tusk crash bars.

Seems like a very well made product!
I read a few posts that said these are not TUSK engine guards and they're not...but they seem very well made, have a very nice finish and installed without any problems at all! Usually, when you have two pieces that have to go together, there is usually a problem when putting bolts in but these are precision made and all bolts were easy to install. I did notice however that the right side seems to stick out farther than the left side but...it might be because my bike was used when I got it and did have one side brackets bent in a bit...
