Great gift for anyone!!
My granddaughters will plant the seed balls and raise Monarch Butterflies. What a great way to help care for our creatures, the environment and teach a littlescience lesson. Glad I was able to find seeds native to their state, as well as my own!!

Useful but small
Smaller package than expected. Contained many sead balls. The seed balls are firm and Hardy. Waiting for our first rain to see if they dissolve well.

Smaller than I thought
I was surprised the seed balls were so small. The image didn't have a size that I recall. I am glad that there is a list stating the kind of seeds that are included. I looked them up and the flowers will be beautiful. I will be planting these seed balls as directed after the ground is worked up. I wish the package said how big of a plot the twenty balls would make, I am pretty sure it will be a small area.

Nothing happened
Just as the rest of the reviews for this item, nothing happened here, absolutely zero flowers. I wish I had returned them instead of giving them a chance.

Didn't grow until the following season
I was initially disappointed that the flowers didn't grow. This year I noticed some new leaves. I guess it took the flowers a bit longer to start growing.

If you like flowering weeds...
I bought the seedballs as a gift because (1) they were less expensive than a better known alternative I could have ordered with a tacked-on shipping fee and (2) the seller claimed they were state-specific. Since my state's climate/growing seasons (North Carolina) vary a good bit from east to west, I'm a little skeptical. It will be interesting to see if the seedballs turn into wild flowers after they're planted. On the plus side: Even though the seedballs came in a "petite" paper bag, the bag itself was well protected inside a cardboard box. How nice that was! The box made them so easy to gift wrap!

Nothing germinated
Absolutely nothing came up from these seed balls despite following the directions closely. Will update if anything ever grows
