Nice take on time travel
Good read. Attention hypnotherapysts This is simplified book on hypnosis\past and future regression that you would have learned in some form or other in school already. With that said.... Fred has pretty amazing ability to write about "paranormal" and make it sound normal. He is also an excellent researcher and puts together a plethora of information you can further look up as well as many exercises that you would likely not find in one book..I plan on buying audible version when available so I can immerse myself in it again and again. When reading it I seem to have faster access to my time travels,,Book is WELL researched with opulence of examples of Time anomalies from Fred and others.Would recommend this bookUpdate in June.... buying two more as gifts

Pretty disappointing
What I hadn't realized while buying this book, is that is doens't have a publishing house to back it up. This book is self published at that it very noticable. Not only are there spelling mistakes, starting very early on in the book, there also is missing a certain professionality. Not just in how the book looks (please don't print a picture on a page of another book that you are referring to!), but also the way it is written. This book feels like one big speech given on a stage and really misses the backing of the story with A: some credentials of the author itsef, like the mentioning of schooling or indepth research he has done in professional settings (so not the self proclaimed 'succes coach' and 'consciousness speaker' labels) and B: ellaborate explanations about how some of the statements can be accepted as true (instead of just yelling something because the author believes them to be true). It's really obvious there hasn't been an editor involved and that is palpable throughout the entire book. The lack of a publuishing house really gives a feeling that no publisher would want to publish a book with this (lack of) quality and that the author apparently deems his book worthy enough so he chose to selfpublish, instead of listening to and accepting guidance from a publisher. The thought of that also makes me question if the author is just a narsicist, thinking he nows it all and wants to make money no matter what.
